At ListedByPete.com, we aim to provide a low-cost professionally designed site...
That's why we can offer a basic site for as low as $399.99*  inclusive of all layout and publishing!
 

 

 

We're Affordable!

We can register a unique domain name for you (unless you have already done so or wish to do so) which provides you with a unique www.yourbusiness.com site name for $19.95**...and Web Site hosting (where your site is stored and managed) costs as little as $6.95/month***...this also provides you with multiple e-mail addresses for all your employees (employee@yourbusinessname.com)

Payment Structure

We make it easy for you...we discuss your needs and give a price quote that is fair and affordable.  A 50% deposit is due up front.  We then provide you with several ideas of the type of site we can design.  You provide specific text and photos (if applicable) related to your business and we do the design and publishing.

Once your site is complete and to your satisfaction, it goes "live" on the web...the final 50% is due at this time.  We then provide one month of free text updates (to accomodate changes) and basic layout changes at no cost to you. (Major changes to layouts billed hourly.)

Beyond the first 30 days, we handle your site maintenance for only $40/hour when you need it...changes in text (dates, times, staff, etc.) will keep your site current!   We encourage you to bundle changes as needed to keep your overall costs lower!

*Site fee includes basic 4-page layout.  Additional pages, custom forms, custom-created Flash© animation and photo layout work provided at additional cost.  We will provide estimates of this work when your site layout is planned.

**Domain name registration fee includes our administrative work to set up your domain name and pertinent information, including pointing your domain name to your hosting server.  Fee also includes $10.95 domain name yearly fee, renewable each year by you.
Fee subject to change as per GoDaddy.com structure.

***Hosting provided by GoDaddy.com, unless you have a web site hosted elsewhere.  This is a monthly fee payable by you to GoDaddy.  You may choose monthly or yearly renewals.  Fee subject to change as per GoDaddy.com pricing structure.
